... in a hired Cessna once, landing at Esbjerg, the runway was to the left of us, then to the right, fortunately the pilot managed to hit it 'on the swing' in the cross-wind and turned to me and said 'that was hairy, wasn't it'!! They had offered him Copenhagen ...

Interesting to see the funnel colours are those of Louis Dreyfus, which go back to the days of our youth with the L.D. ships.

Keep an eye out in morning, WIND OF PRIDE due in from Hull 08:30, last of the Toisa's that were laid up on the Humber. I missed her by about 5 minutes tonight.
