Mr Google recons that L&M Shipyards is at Gravesend. Looks like Daphne is in transition as she still sports her pennant number.

Correct Mr Google and as far as I can work out, next to or very near the Old Everard Base.

Everard were at Greenhithe, rather further up than Gravesend (round the next bend!).
