Waveney 44ft Fast Afloat.

44-018. Official Number 1044.
Built 1977 at Bideford Shipyard, North Devon.
THE SCOUT. Building cost of £122,000 provided by "The Scout Association"
Weight: 18 Tons 18 Cwt.
Engines: Initially fitted with twin 250hp Mermaid 595T Engines, these were replaced in 1982 with Twin 250hp Caterpillar D3208T Engines.

Service: Hartlepool from February 1977 to July 1997.
Capsized on Service 28th February 1993. No Crew were lost.
Sold 1997. Renamed ADES 16 Montemar and is currently serving at Puerto Del Buceo, Uruguay.
