Strange name, to what does it refer?

Arriving Hartlepool 21 September 2012 to tie up alongside the resident lifeboat BETTY HUNTBATCH:

The Donor was "The Will Charitable Trust".

Last action on their site refers to 2008/09 and the grant to the RNLI was 1994 so I suspect the Charity is no longer active.
