Looks like ALNWICK had had a bash against her bridge wing.

And I reckon it was early April 1980 when the interview on the Tyne ferry/pilot pontoon was filmed
SUPERIORITY is behind them at TDE in fresh paint. I joined her as deck cadet then and did two trips to Italy with china clay.
I say joined I actually put my gear aboard and signed on in Plymouth as I was still on leave.
Captain was'nt impressed with the office about it, less impressed when they sailed and the laccie band broke leaving the quay and delayed sailing.
Crew was from the pool, mackem sand dancers to a man, cook was an old timer who knew how to cook though
