Interesting. There must be BIG MONEY in these Reels to be able to trans-ship them down River.
She's quite a big ship herself. Built by Sietas in 2008 she has a Gross Tonnage of 13,058 and a Dwt of 11,940.
Length is 160m oa or about 500ft in old money and a Beam of 24m or about 70 ft.
Her two big cranes look like then can each lift 700T and her small one 350T.
She was inspected at Antwerp in March and although not detained she had 6 Deficiencies of which 4 were minor, however the other two were 'Hull Damage Imparing Seaworthiness' and 'Steering Gear'. No doubt something probably came into contact with her Hull when she was loading.
