The date I have is June 1961 but somebody may be able to confirm an exact (or correct) date?

A very fine view of her .... completion was in July 1961 but this could well be a June sailing for trials.

Appears to have worked out East before arriving in Brunei Bay for Lay-up in May 1975.
In 1977 she was taken in hand by the Verolme Shipyard in Rotterdam and converted into a North Sea Shuttle Tanker.
Arrived Kaohsiung for Scrap, 4th September 1987.
