Brimsdown heading up-river past Smith's Docks on 16 August 1971. Can anyone identify the damaged vessel in the background?

Distinctive but quite a challenge, maybe we need to resort to Marine News casualties around 1970/1971.

Got her Dennis, she's the Cia. Nacional's BEIRA built at Lisbon in 1963, reported with fire damage at Lisbon on 06/05/1971.

Thanks George - I'd drawn a blank with the Tyneside Branch "Sea Chest", normally a comprehensive source of contemporary information.

Thanks Ron, I hadn't thought to search on here, found her photo in an old ABC Ocean Ships! Then in Marine News in 1971.
