Rumour now is to forget about the "jacket", Smulders are pulling out for good.

Smulders Yard 24/07/2018 and two of the tall cranes on the right of the yard have now gone.

The idea with the scaffold was that a base would be placed at each corner and the men would be able gain access by walking up the ramps inside the scaffold to weld or whatever was wanted. It was never used.
