Smulders Yard 24/07/2018 and two of the tall cranes on the right of the yard have now gone.

Whats that behind the crane just redundant scaffolding ?

The idea with the scaffold was that a base would be placed at each corner and the men would be able gain access by walking up the ramps inside the scaffold to weld or whatever was wanted. It was never used.

The crane and scaffolding still there 21/10/2018. Is there hope for more work?

And indeed there may be. Rumour mill suggests they are due to start up again in mid April with another 58 tripod bases to be assembled.
