Built in Malaysia her sister Wilhelmine Oldendorff was originally ordered as the first of two ships by Stephenson Clarke Ltd as TOPAZ but I do not know if a name was ever allocated to this hull.

Annd while looking through the excellent William Robertson & The Gem Line book I find the following:
In 1995 two other Stephenson Clarke ships were intended to have Robertson names. Ordered as TOPAZ and Tourmaline they would have been the eigth and fourth ships of these names.
So there you go she was ordered as TOURMALINE but cancelled a few months later after Stephenson Clarke were taken over by the International Maritime Group.
