The word was that the south pier was once again open to the public, so I was looking forward to a stroll out to the lighthouse on this lovely morning. Alas it was not to be, there was obviously some work in progress on the pier and the gates were locked
So my plans were SPICA'd you might say! Or you might not! :roll:
