LLOYDSMAN on the bow & NOBLEMAN on the stern.

Well at least you've got in ahead of the view being blocked by the 'brown-field housing' that will doubtless appear.

It's the same story just across the river where houses are rapidly sprouting up on and around the site once occupied by the Middle Docks & Engineering Co. Ltd., South Shields
