First stab.

SOUTHWARK at the Drops and either EFFRA or CATFORD at the Bouys. Looks a shorter name so going for EFFRA.

Downstream, above Southwark, the twin funnels of the tanker SOLEN.

PENELOPE beyond NORTHERN STAR?
One of the PALMs maybe ILESHA PALM on the Neptune yard.
One of the CLAN F's at Wallsend.

ILESHA would fit, George. She departed for trials on the 24th October 1961.

Lagos, left 25th July 1961.
Ikeja, left 26th April 1961.
