Not sure myself, Fitnes came in loaded with what appears to be small stones and is discharging them into the Seahorse who then headed off to the Tees anchorage. The Flintstone is due tomorrow.

I wonder if this is to do with the wind turbine farm off the Tees? SEAHORSE looks like some sort of specialist dumper. Is it cheaper for them to trans-ship up here with the generous Geordie folk rather than down on the Tees with those tight fisted Yorkshire persons?

According to shipspotting.com AIS information the SEAHORSE is due to arrive at the Breagh Pipeline at 0100 hours UTC
(= 2.00am BST).

Simples..........when you know what Seahorse is........

She started life as the Heavy Load Carrier, SNIMOS ACE built Japan 1983, 14,209 Gross.
Renamed SEAHORSE 1 in 1994 and SEAHORSE in 1998.
In 1999 she was converted into a "Pipe Burying Vessel" of 19,516 gross and is currently owned by Deeprock BV of Holland.

The stone she has aboard is for finefill around the Pipeline from the Breagh Field.

0100hrs Sunday. Seahorse and Flintstone are currently on site. Flinstone may have dropped her load as she has been proceeding at 1.1 kts for some time and turning.
