North East Maritime has a membership of over 200, I would like to enlist your help in pushing this through, please every one this resource is very important for maritime research follow the link and vote NO.1 Lloyds List .

So far Lloyds List has 185 votes with your support we can add 200 to that by the end of the day .

Received notification today that so far there have been 578 votes cast for Lloyds List and they added the comment "We’ll look into the options for this. It’s clearly a very popular option"

But they may "say that to all the girls" to misquote Meatloaf.

Just checked and Lloyds is in the lead. Next best is Athletic News with 220 votes.

There are currently 659 votes for the digitisation of Lloyd's List and it looks as though it is progressing. Got the following email yesterday:

"Lloyds list fits our inclusion criteria! We have researched the BL catalogue and it is available to us for digitisation. We have added the following years to our Digitisation Plan: 1801-1871.

Please be aware that until we have received the material into our studio and checked it, it is not possible to guarantee that it will be digitised"
