Could this be NARICA?
According to Miramar she was Keel: 22.2.66; Launch Date: 25.4.67

or perhaps TARBATNESS
again according to Miramar she was Keel: 15.4.66; Launch Date: 22.2.67

I would go for TARBATNESS at Neptune Yard.

NARICA was Wallsend.

On careful consideration of the facts and having looked at the plan of the yard, your right.

The building in the background is the Assembly shop.

Which of course has to make it NARICA.

Trials date was the 7th September 1967 with hand over the next day.
