Comparing the two pictures it would appear that she ran her Trials without armament.
On her 3 hour Trial she managed 30.346 Knots at 399.9 RPM with 6,105 IHP.
She had Yarrow Boilers. Coal 80 to 95 Tons. Range 1350/1500 N.M. at 11 knots.
Based on the design of VIOLET and SYLVIA by Wm Doxford & Sons Ltd. "C" Class.
Displacement 385 Tons.
Cast steel common shell 88 plus 12 rounds of Forged Steel Shrapnel.
The Captain's Sleeping Cabin was aft just forward of the Screws so I doubt if he got that much sleep!
