fitting out at Hawthorn Leslie 3 July 1962, she had been launched on 3 May. She served until 1992 when she was scrapped at Alang in India.

With the SERENIA (I think trying to decipher her name, otherwise SOLEN [q.v.]) asterm.

Could be either Ron.
SERENIA was a July completion so she would be a likely candidate in for her 12 month service.........

Name seems long enough to be SERENIA.
still got some lamp oil left after being launched nines days after TIDESPRING
Glad I never went to India or Turkey in the 90's - I might not have come back !!!!
