Marr's NAVENA, 393 gt, yard no. 1564, on the slip at Fleetwood 4/10/1980.

On 27/1/1984 she was wrecked on Scarborough beach in severe weather. See attached a less than perfect picture by an unknown photographer.

She was reported to have been sold by the insurers to breakers, however she was still in Sunderland on 16/3/1991. Was she broken up there?

Mike,

A good question - and an outstanding query in my own database, so I hope someone knows the answer.

A lot of info and photos at: http://www.fleetwood-fishing-industry.c ... ena-fd323/
Decommissioned 1996 .... probably broken up?

Her full history is given at: http://www.fleetwood-fishing-industry.c ... a-3-fd323/

This seems an updated version insofar as her fate is detailed as: 05.1991: In process of being broken up at Sunderland.
