After I saw her again I again raised the matter of change of name with Equasis, and got the following reply:
******
regarding you query below requesting that the following amendment be made for the ship referred to above :

"The information Ship name is incorrect and should be amended as follows : This vessel has been renamed EXOL PRIDE since at least 2017".

Please note that the vessel "EXOL PRIDE" is now an inland waterways vessel. Consequently, as this type of ship is not displayed on Equasis, the data relating to its name will not be updated.
*******
The only problem with this is that she is still showing in Equasis .... as laid up since 2012!!

I think we're stuck with the fact she will never be recorded under her current name of EXOL PRIDE!!

OK so it does, I'm amazed that there's room for it within the hull.

Well that is one thing settled, thanks Patrick. However like George I'm surprised there is room for it.

I was looking back to the photo of her as HUMBER PRIDE, the wheelhouse seems to be the same? I thought that on the older canal tankers they had collapsible wheelhouses, pull out a few pins and 'all fall down' flat.
