Regarding earlier names, now we have digital access to the MNL, it shows no name other than No.64 for ON.135139 ... but that would not exclude her being LORD BENFLEET of the Admiralty if the registration was suspended, in fact No.64 is listed in MNL.1912 and 1915 but not in 1913 and 1914.
