The Tees Towing Co Ltd which was the first company to own "all" the tug operations on the Tees was formed in 1920 to combine the assets of the Tees Tug Co Ltd and the Robinson Tug Co Ltd. The Robinson Tug Co Ltd was formed in 1909.

The history of the company and its tugs is covered in the book "Seahorses of the Tees" by John H Proud ISBN 0 9510232 0 9

It is out of print but you may get a copy from your local library.

Which STORMCOCK would that be then? Seems to have joined the Robinson fleet after 1909 but not with them when they (again) merged with Crosthwaites in 1920.
