SVITZER NABI

SVITZER NABI

Postby teesships » Tue May 22, 2012 10:11 pm

The recently acquired SVITZER NABI, under Danish flag, at the Tees Tug Base on 7 November 2011, taken during a trip on board the COB (q.v.) on that day celebrating her own 100th birthday.
The SVITZER NABI has since taken the more appropriate name of SVITZER HUTTON (q.v.) and transferred to British flag.

According to the PD Ports site, she is still called the SVITZER NABI.

Stan,

I know! I keep meaning to send them an email to fix it (using your own immortal words!)

Must do so some day!

I hope you have better luck with a response from PD Ports than I did recently.

My email informed them that their 'new look' website was a disaster.

They had ships in port when they had sailed. They had ships as 'firm order' to arrive when they were already in port and ships scheduled to sail when they'd left a day before.

It was back to plan B for me with their old website which, I was informed, was still in operation - thankfully.

Plan 'B" doesn't work now - so I'm afraid I am back to their new site.

You should complain, the Humber site tells us that the tug NOORMAN has been in Albert Dock ever since 05/08/2007 ..... now I am sure someone will have seen her in action since then!!

Hi, Stan. Don't know when it happened, but I see the PD Shipping Reports have now caught up with us! They now show Svitzer Hutton!
