Their second CHERRY looks more like a workboat than a tug, but placed under same category for convenience.
I have no details for her!

Yes, that looks like it .... once I got my head round that fact that the compressor was ashore, or on a pontoon alongside, and not actually sitting in what appeared to be the open-ended stern of the CHERRY (optical illusion!!!!). Therefore, also wonder if actually operated by Cherry Marine or if still with Tyne Towage at that time?

That looks as if it was moored alongside their own Blending Plant at Normanby........

Dave's entry has her built by Tees Offshore Marine, in the Tees d/base we have Tees Inshore Engineering and Tees Marine Services. Neither of them show a CAPT. JAMES COOK II.
Was T.O.M. a separate company?
