ROSEBERRY CROSS

Just a little "heads up" that she is on her way to Middlesbrough (eta 22:00 3/4/13), which is her original home port, from the Firth of Forth. Initially to be dry-docked, but rumour has it she is staying. The Firth of Forth currently have Svitzer Lyndhurst instead alongside regular tug Forth (ex-Cleveland Cross)

There is one thing Svitzer's seem to be very good at, and thats to keep all their Tugs on the move!

Stops us photographers from getting bored seeing the same old Tugs time after time!

ROSEBERRY CROSS (8812590), United Kingdom, 290gt, completed Dunston, Hessle, 9-1989

Arriving stern-first from the Tyne to assist berthing the FRISIA BONN (q.v.) which had just preceded her into the river - 24 October 2013:

Unless my archived records are deceiving me following a computer crash a week ago, it must be many years since I saw her as I have not even recorded and featured her in TEESSHIPS, which I started in 2000!

Think you may have uploaded the wrong photo there Michael. Those weren't the Wijsmuller colours.

Dave,

Have a look at the ORMESBY CROSS in the same colours .... and with Wijsmuller painted on her hull!
viewtopic.php?f=141&t=1206

Were these the colours immediately following the Svitzer/Wijsmuller merger (or whatever) in 2001?
