Another fine photo from John Johnson via Kevin of Hebburn. No name but appears to be flying a TIC flag. Did the TIC have a gin palace?

Looks like an upriver craft, I read that TIC later PTA control the river from 'the tidal stone at Wylam down to 1 mile outside the pier roundheads, a total of 17 miles'.
