Looks like she had an argument with something hard looking at that dent in the bow

If you look at the picture from August 1965 from the link to other names she has the same dents and scrapes. She was completed in July 1965 so someone has been a tad careless.
I wonder if she was back at Readheads for checks on her engine, a Doxford P type, which suffered from torsional vibration problems and was eventually fixed by fitting two Holset rubber couplings back to back in the engine's drive train.
