Henry Robb Ltd. Leith (322) as SAMSONIA Pennant W.23 for the Royal Navy.
Launched on April 1st as SAMSON and delivered in November as SAMSONIA.
1947 FOUNDATION JOSEPHINE Charter to Foundation Maritime Ltd. Halifax port of registry Leith British flag
1952 Returned to Admiralty, renamed SAMSONIA Pennant A 218
1974 Sold in January as a bare hull to Brodospas and in March towed to South Shields
for fitting out by Middle Dock & Engineering Co. Ltd.
Renamed JAKI in June and taken over by Croatian crew on July 4th.
1979 On May 11th deleted from Merchant Ships Register and laid up at Sveti Kajo.
Spare parts removed for use on sistership SMJELI (ex BUSTLER)
1987 Breaking up finally commenced on September 3rd after she spent eight years in a scrapyard.
