Helps to explain what all those interesting bits and bobs are..........

In short, she has been used to lay cable. The reel sits flat on her deck and the cable is guided through the eye's on the vertical hoop and out the side via the ramp you can before the Bridge.
At least I think that's how it works............

Her other job is to dump stone............
