OK Got it!!
Echo (J Samuel White, Cowes. 1958); Enterprise (M W Blackmore, Bideford. 1959); and Egeria (W Weatherhead, Cockenzie. 1959) were laid-up prior to disposal by the RN in 1986. Egeria was offered to the Marine Society on permanent loan and the other two were bought.
Egeria was converted to take 12 Trainee's by Phillips at Kingswear and renamed JONAS HANWAY.
Echo was converted at Hawthorne Leslie's, renamed EARL OF ROMNEY and entered service on the 29th June 1988.
ENTERPRISE was completly stripped of all useful parts to support the other two and then the Hull was scrapped locally so this ought to be her!
[But she must have been around for a long time on the River before she was scrapped, going off the dates above.]
The Marine Society stopped using the vessels around December 2004 and Earl of Romney was sold to Egyptian interests as ROMNEY. Jonas Hanaway is, I understand still in use as a Houseboat on the Medway.
