Just reading the spec for the Accommodation........
All in single rooms. Bulkheads, painted. Class 'B' type where required by Rule. No Ceilings. Vinyl tiles on deck, except upper deck passages and wheelhouse, where composition to be laid. Quarry tiles in Galley.
Vinyl sheet in toilets. Steel furniture to be used as extensively as possible. Canvas awnings over accommodation spaces.
'Steel Furniture' Very comfortable!!
