Silverbriar, Launched 21st May 1947. A handsome ship, built with no expense spared so soon after the war.

7,242 tons. 483 x 65 ft.

Single screw driven by 3 x Double Reduction Steam Turbines.

Speed 15 kts.

Passenger capacity - 12.
