PD Ports

Postby hartlepoolmonkey » Sun Jun 02, 2013 9:58 am

I see the PD Ports website is totally out of date.

http://www.pdports.co.uk/en/marine-operations/shipping-reports/

The latest movements for the Tees and Hartlepool is showing the shipping locations for May 30th and May 31st. The arrivals are down for May 29th and 30th.

I did send them an email pointing this out but, as usual, no reply or response.

Note to Admin: On reflection, perhaps this is not the correct page to post this. Please transfer to the correct place.

In defence of PD Port's its not actually information that they are legally bound to share with the Public so it may not be high on their list of priorities.

Not good for us when we have been used to checking up on what's coming in or out before we venture out!!

Hope they update it soon!

I understand what you are saying about PD Ports, but if you run a website it is nice to see it updated.

Could not agree more.

We get used to relying on them.

The Humber site is quite reliable but sometimes programmed to show blank sheets on sunny mornings when there's a good tide .....

Glad to hear things are now back to normal and "informed" ship spotting can start again.

Saves us a lot of hassle.
Must admit the Blyth Site does indeed come in handy when you want to find out where a vessel came from, and went to, plus what cargo she was carrying.
