Heads up for the 24th May, HMS Ocean begins a 4 day visit (hopefully they've got shot of the cable laying barges) to Sunderland. Open to the great unwashed on the Saturday and sails again on the Monday. No arrival time as of yet but usually about 90 minutes - 2 hours prior to high tide.

Well I was going to go but with the sea fret I didn't want to take the risk of being able to see nowt!

Not just the Sea Fret, Steve. Did you notice the amount of Black Smoke comming from her Exhaust's when they were interviewing her Captain for the Local News. Must be interesting bringing her in 'Bum' end first.

Been a while since I checked in on here. No pictures from me I'm afraid. Her arrival was early morning before public transport was running and her departure got brought forward so no joy there.

No pictures of her on the move, but a few on an uncommonly sunny Saturday, 26 May.
