Robert Pace & John Blumer

Robert Pace & John Blumer entered partnership circa 1859 "Pace, Blumer" North Sands .
Can anyone provide info on start dates and end dates for the partnership (or first and last vessels) .
John Blumer is well documented, but Robert Pace not so, Pace continued building up to about 1869, in Sunderland, can anyone help with a location for his yard ? .

I have their first ship the 276 ton snow AVON reg 22 Aug 1859, seventh and last 208 ton bark CELSUS reg 20.7.61. Site at North Sands I think. But exact location of the dozens of 19th cent Sunderland yards is often hazy. Many shortlived on leased sites.
