Graham, I presume you mean my photos at the top of the thread.
The first one showing FD UNBEATABLE and FD UNTOUCHABLE at Sheers Quay was taken through the railings next to the Welcome Tavern as shown in the following photo and map (both copyright of Google).
The others involved a bit of a trail so take walking boots/shoes.
Park car in car park as shown. This is deepest Hendon/Grangetown so don't leave valuables in car.
Walk back up to the railway line and follow it North. The line is fenced off on your left and the port soon appears fenced off to the right.
With a bit of clambering around and without trespassing I managed those photos.
