Cod Liver Oil tank barges at Grimsby, 11/7/1992.
REVILLIO (Name derived from LIVER OIL) built 1966, y.n.331 for Grimsby Cod Liver Oil Co., later reported sold to Gibraltar owners.
ENERVITE (Name derived from . . er . . . ENERVITE) built 1967, y.n.332 for Hull Cod Liver Oils Co., and presumably later transferred to the Grimsby Co.

Hi,

I Am interested in any information on the ENERVITE especially more photos, as I am in touch with her current owners.

Was she dumb or powered ?

She is alive and well as a House boat at Hoo, Kent.

There is an interesting blog called ENERVITE RENOVATIONS on FB. Maybe Mike would like to update his records ? Additionally, yard numbers are quoted under, but I am not sure which shipyard is being referred to ?

Many thanks

Here is the FB page referred to...

Good to hear she is alive and well!
The builder was John Harker at Knottingley and you can see more details for her on this page. She was certainly powered and this suggests a Kelvin of 112hp
