Never noticed that set of staiths before. Just looking at a map for 1895 and they/it must be Corporation Staith. Strange that there is no railway shown leading to the staith.
It is shown at the bottom of Mile End Road, more or less where the Sea Cadets are based (on Google maps).
Rennoldson's Engine Works in the background right.
