Four bridges are visible, but not the Tyne bridge as far as I can make out. There are shipbreaking yards in the foreground right and also just under the King Edward bridge on the Newcastle sde is a small coaster. Looks as though it could be near the Close Power Station?
I'm guessing the the photo is dated about 1920, but that is a real finger in the air job.
