The Gresley designed (4-6-2) A4 Pacific steam engine 60008 "DWIGHT D. EISENHOWER" at Locomotion, the National Railway Museum in Shildon. This loco was one of two A4's that were on show at Shildon during October, 2012. The other was the "DOMINION OF CANADA" 60010. They had been undergoing restoration work at Shildon and York. Both locomotives arrived in Liverpool on Tuesday, October 2nd 2012 having been shipped over from Canada.
