The Clues are there even if the Crew were blind, unless of course it was a cheap copy from China who have no idea of “ Top and Tail” Lanyards, the Vessel does not appear to be in distress unless the Crew are protesting that they have not been paid, surely if they had a Pilot aboard he/she? should have given them a “Heads Up”.
