I thought it was new with the IMO and MMSI numbers being different.

Good to see a British owner investing in new ships in the short-sea trade. Registered at Inverness, she was launched on 11 October last.

Bearing in mind she is under a year old (In Service 29th Nov 2019) she seems to be a bit battered already. I would expect zero deficiencies on inspection, however Equasis lists 7 during an inspection at New Ross on the 16th January 2020, including:-
Retention of oil on Board-Not as required.
Hull damage impairing seaworthiness- Cracked.
Maintenance of Fire Protection systems- Not as Required.

Now that is a worry having those sort of deficiencies on a ship less than a year old especially the Hull cracking, either somebody on board is not doing their job properly or are turning a blind eye. Regards Ron@2.
