She was built in 1930 by Nylands Verksted, Oslo as the Whalecatcher SUDEROY V.
Converted into a Fishing vessel in 1951 and then in 1977 she became the Standby Safety Vessel GEO BOY.
She was still going up to 2007 when she was broken up as the Fire Fighting Vessel STRILOY.
(Plus she had the odd name inbetween.)
