One of the few ships I have down as 'Barton' in my 'first sighting' list .. as POLARIS 16/07/1970.

As RIEN TEEKMAN River Ouse - 4 May 1975:
I was on board the LINCOLN CASTLE on a trip from Hull to Goole, my first time there.
I vaguely recall, not then knowing the local geography, that this coaster seemed to veer across our path and head off at a tangent - which I would now recognise as up the River Trent!
