The former Nils Amelon - one of my old ships. A Mitsubishi MM14 class Liberty replacement design and one of three built 1970-73 for Chris Moller's Redfern Shipping Company. It was an excellent design but rather too sophisticated and consequently expensive for its intended market and only two others were built, both for Swiss owners, to the original design, with Silver Line taking two modified versions with an additional deck of accommodation and different cargo gear.
