TOPMAST 18

Took a bit of guesswork, and recollecting that I had seen her on the Tees during 1966, to work out that this enlarged view from an Albert Weller negative was the TOPMAST 18 in Tees Bay:

Confirmed by: http://www.benjidog.co.uk/allen/Images/ ... 000031.jpg
TOPMAST 18, Risdon Beazley Ltd, 497gt,
completed Redpath Brown, Glasgow, 1942
1942 RAMPINO - 1964 TOPMAST 18 - 1976 broken up (own records)

However, intriguing suggestion from Clydesite at: http://www.clydesite.co.uk/clydebuilt/v ... p?id=23547 that she could have been built (presumably originally with a LCT number) by Whessoe Foundry, Darlington! (come on, George, where do we put this one??? Does that count as shipbuilding on the River Tees???? We need shipbuilding on the Skerne!)

She is definitely an ex LCT, Ron, but as the Clyde message indicates there is confusion as to which took the later names.
I've also got this one as being from Redpath, Brown at Glasgow as an LCT.
