I am presently working on a community project for River Tees Rediscovered. This is a Heritage Lottery funded programme to re-connect people with the Tees.
My project is boat building, to create awareness of the heritage of boat (ship) building on the Tees. The first stage is for youngsters to make small boats from recycled milk cartons, dowel and cardboard. The second stage for older children creating a model of a Yorkshire coble with cardboard and then for groups, the third stage is to build 8ft dinghy and race them on the river.
To promote this we are creating a film and documentation which we wish to include facts about our shipbuilding history. The Shipbuilding on the River Tees is a great site with all the information available. Is there any limitation in the re-use of your images for this project?
Any documentation will credit the site for any use if permitted.
