Photo of Bold Knight at Middlesbrough Wharf noticed behind Ex Bowker & King Burgundy. From my memory she was renamed by Freddie Charville as Henry G registered in Panama and alongside is Freddies pride and joy motor Launch Deborah.

One of Freddie's previous pride and joys was our old pride and joy a Motor Cruiser called "Georgina ll" which my Father and Uncle converted from an American 45ft Picket/ Stores / Beach Boat which was bought from the Admiralty when War ended taking about 3yrs ( Weekends and Evenings) to complete whilst my Brother and I played in our Dinghy near the Wet Slips at Stockton, had some great holidays in the "Georgina" mainly at Scarborough.
Being very strongly built she was able to take the ground at Scarborough without any problems, after Pops passed away she was sold to Freddie to be used as a "Transport Vessel " to ships that that were moored to the Bouys in the Tees, Freddie was the "Del Boy" of his day mainly running Taxis but his transport Empire also included river transportation for the clientele ;) of the Robin Hood and the Captain Cook Pubs (Scotch Mary was a lovely singer) :D

The Captain Cook in 2014, does it still exist? A fine building in its day!

Oh Yes N.E. fully renovated courtesy of various Grants because of it's "unique" history and up For Sale, haven't been "Over the Border" for years, can't be many if any of the other Pubs still standing in that area. The old Town Hall is still standing apparently.
