I'm fairly sure this barge was the first vessel operated by Cherry Marine, but I have no details for her.
River Tees - 13 May 1974 (a rare colour [sic] shot from my earlier days!): River Tees - 30 August 1977: River Tees - 16 March 1980: I think these are all of the same vessel, although it appears there were various modifications made to her by the time of the third, 1980, photo.

I went fishing with a couple of the old foyboatmen brigade in 1962/63...Bob Gibson & Ray Sharp if I remember rightly...
Then in about 1993ish I went with Eddie Appleton and someone else...perhaps his brother Andy, in a Cherry vessel so not really a perk!

Hello Ron and thank you for this, I did work for Marine Partners back in the early eighties. As for J Harker Shipbuilder Knottingly was a misprint that I later noticed. I have a lot of info in this old head and will be posting more info about various vessels of the Tees.
